Digital products

Because digital products can be copied upon delivery, refunds are limited. EYE AM STUDIOS, LLC evaluates refund requests based on product type, delivery status, duplicate purchase, technical failure preventing access, and the circumstances described below.

A purchase is complete only after payment is authorized and a corresponding entitlement or delivery record is created.

Eligible requests

• Accidental duplicate purchase reported promptly with order verification.
• Verified delivery failure where the purchaser cannot access the entitled files after good-faith support efforts.
• Corrupted or incomplete delivery files verified after support review.
• Material product misrepresentation corrected only by refund when no remedy is available.
• Mistaken purchase reported promptly before meaningful use, subject to verification and applicable law.

Generally non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after successful download or entitlement activation.
• Incompatibility caused by unsupported browsers or failure to follow extraction and setup instructions disclosed before purchase.
• Loss of local files due to device failure, browser clearing, or absent personal backups.

How to request a refund

Contact support@eyeamstudios.com with your order email, purchase date, and product name. Refund decisions are made against authoritative payment and entitlement records.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of download access pending investigation.
