BY Publishing is a publishing brand operated by EYE AM STUDIOS, LLC. References to BY Publishing describe products, publications, and storefront experiences offered through EYE AM STUDIOS, LLC.

EYE AM STUDIOS, LLC processes information necessary to operate BY Digital Store under the BY Publishing brand, fulfill purchases, provide customer-library access, and respond to support requests.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information when you create access or complete checkout.
• Order, payment, entitlement, and delivery records required for commerce operations.
• Support correspondence and troubleshooting information you choose to provide.
• Basic technical logs needed for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

Local-first products

Products such as the Home Property Record System™ Personal Edition are designed to operate locally in the purchaser's browser or authorized local files. BY Publishing does not require a cloud property-record account for that product. Your working home-record content remains under your control unless you choose to export or back it up elsewhere.

How information is used

• Process purchases and maintain entitlement records.
• Deliver downloads, updates, and customer-library access.
• Respond to support, refund, and license inquiries.
• Protect the storefront against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

Third-party services

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. The storefront may also use third-party services for hosting, email, analytics, storage, authentication, or delivery. We share only the information necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. Third-party providers may process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Order and entitlement records are retained as long as needed for legal, accounting, support, and update-delivery obligations.
